!COMMISSIONING ME WILL AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED!
!Don't be scared by the length of the page!
This is just to specify some basic terms.
Be respectful and we will definitely get along!
REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME:
🩸Be precise and polite during requests;
🩸 Avoid being intrusive and/or sending too many messages if I don't respond within a couple of hours;
🩸I don't talk much so I'll stick to work during the trial and limit the chatter;
🩸Send me some references/images to commission me, a job based only on descriptions will require an extra in the total;
🩸Your commission may be terminated if my terms are not considered or if you begin to behave in a rude and/or intrusive manner causing me discomfort.
For NSFW and GORE:
🩸I DON'T DO NSFW ( Suggestive Art ) commissions of any kind!
🩸IT IS NOT ALLOWED to commission me GORE if you are a minor (if I should miss it, I take no responsibility for what happened or the consequences.);
🩸I DO NOT ACCEPT working on minors or/and real animals/people;
🩸Commissioning Gore will lead to an extra charge which will then be specified depending on the request;
🩸I can refuse your commission if it makes me uncomfortable for ANY reason even if not specified.
For PAYMENTS:
🩸I only use PayPal;
🩸Payments will only be made in €(EUR);
🩸I do not accept Deadlines (time limits for work) unless you pay an extra fee;
🩸The work will ONLY begin once full payment has been received;
🩸Payment in two installments is only possible if the commission exceeds €100, but know that the WIPS and updates will be given in low resolution until the end of the payment;
For the PROCEDURE:
🩸Waiting times are usually around a week, obviously they will also depend on my health or the product itself;
🩸During the work, depending on the commission, I will send the Sketch, Basic Colors and Rendered phase to find out how to continue until the complete product;
🩸The maximum number of variations during the work will be 4 and limited to small variations and adjustments in color, additional measures will require extra depending on the request;
🩸In case of errors, you will have 72h to let me know and ensure that I modify the work without extras;
🩸Refunds are allowed ONLY before confirmation of the sketch and a compensation of 75% of the original price will be provided;
RIGHTS and PROHIBITIONS:
🩸It is NOT ALLOWED to externally modify my works in any way;
🩸It is NOT ALLOWED to use my products for commercial purposes;
🩸You may use/print my work for personal use ONLY.
For SOCIAL MEDIA:
🩸Tell me if you want a work to remain private and not be published/used in the portfolio;
🩸If one of my drawings is published on social media, you will need to give me the right credits and tags;
!!!In case of violation of the terms you will be placed in a BLACKLIST and you will not be entitled to a REFUND!!!
